To use YachtSpots's service, your computer must be equipped with WiFi (802.11b) capability. If you are having problems connecting to Yachtspots, please view our FAQ, or contact our support team at 866-497-5377.

We guarantee our service! If you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact our toll-free customer service number and we will either fix the problem to your satisfaction or give you a refund.

Where to obtain a WiFi Network Interface Card (NIC)

Your computer may already be equipped with WiFi capability. You can borrow a NIC, including installation instructions, from the office at most YachtSpots enabled locations.

You can purchase a Wireless NIC from most computer and electronics stores. Or you can purchase the hardware you need directly from our On-Line Store. We have tested quite a few "performance enhancing" items, such as antennas, NICs, and bridges, that can be ordered and delivered in just a few days time. We can even arrange for professional on-site installation and integration of this equipment if desired.
